1. Service Bookings
All bookings made through My-Pickup.com are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a booking confirmation via email or text message with your service details.
2. Cancellations by Customers
- You may cancel your booking through your account or by contacting our support team.
- Free Cancellation: Bookings canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a 50% service charge to cover driver allocation and scheduling costs.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to appear at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking is considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
3. Cancellations by My-Pickup
In rare cases where we or our service partners need to cancel a booking (e.g., due to vehicle issues, severe weather, or safety concerns), you will receive:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
We will always attempt to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
- The exact processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Disputes or Issues
If you experience any issue with your booking or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your scheduled service.
We will review the situation and respond promptly.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
- The pickup was completed successfully.
- Incorrect information (address, timing, or contact details) was provided by the user.
- The cancellation occurred after the driver arrived at the location.
